Who Are you to You?

Crystin Gilmore

A huge part of our individual growth is self-actualization. Who am I? What do I want out of life? How do I see myself? I've learned that I'm not always the kindest person to me. Some of my motivational words are shared with everyone except myself. I'm learning that I stand in my way more than I thought possible and that excuses are just a detour from your dreams.  I now know that just as easily as I can feed negative thoughts, I can starve them too. If I want a life of joy and gratitude, I have to create it. I have to water what I want to grow. I have to treat myself the way I require others to for self-love motivates change and welcomes abundance. Ask yourself, who are you to you?
